V55 Terms and Conditions — Please read before using the platform

The v55 platform is operated by a licensed online gaming company. Throughout this document, "v55", "we", and "our" refer to the company operating v55. "You", "user", and "member" refer to any individual using v55's services.

The following eligibility requirements must be met to use v55's services:

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Online gaming must not be prohibited by law in your country
• You must play in your own name and with your own funds
• Gaming must be done voluntarily and in a sound state of mind
• Must not be on v55's restricted list

If these conditions are not met, v55 reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time.

When registering with v55, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. Submitting false or incorrect details is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure.

What you need at registration

• Full legal name (as per national ID)
• Active mobile number (for verification)
• Date of birth (for age verification — must be 18+)
• Valid email address
• Strong password

Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same person, all accounts will be closed and any funds held may be forfeited. v55 may request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time.

You are responsible for the security of your account. You should never share your password, change it regularly, and notify v55 immediately if you notice any suspicious login activity.

You can deposit at v55 using Mobile Pay, Nagad, and Rocket. Deposits are completely free — no additional charges apply.

Deposit Limits

• Minimum Deposit: ৳500
• Maximum daily deposit: ৳1,00,000
• Weekly maximum: varies by account level

Only payment methods registered in your own name may be used. Depositing from another person's account is strictly prohibited. For any suspicious transactions, v55 may require additional verification and temporarily place the transaction on hold.

V55 complies with AML (Anti-Money Laundering) policy. Any suspicious financial activity may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Your account must be fully verified before you can withdraw from v55. Withdrawals may be held until all active bonus wagering requirements have been met.

• Minimum Withdrawal: ৳300
• Maximum daily withdrawal: ৳50,000 (Silver), ৳2,00,000 (VIP)
• Standard processing time: 15 minutes to 24 hours
• Withdrawals to the same method used for deposit only

KYC verification is required for your first withdrawal. You may be asked to provide a national ID and proof of ownership of your payment method. Once verified, future withdrawals will be processed faster.

The following general terms apply to all v55 bonuses and promotions. Individual bonuses may also carry their own specific terms.

General Bonus Policy

• Reading the specific terms and conditions before claiming a bonus is mandatory
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirements have been met
• Claiming bonuses across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited
• If bonus abuse is detected, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited
• v55 reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time

The welcome bonus is available once per new member only. If the same person attempts to claim the welcome bonus again by opening a new account, all accounts and bonuses will be cancelled.

Cashback bonuses are calculated based on net losses. Losses incurred from deposit bonus or other bonus balances are generally not included in the cashback calculation.

All games on v55 are developed by internationally certified software providers and powered by third-party audited RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Every game outcome is entirely random and not predetermined.

• If a technical issue affects the outcome of a game, the game may be voided
• Bets from cancelled games will be fully refunded
• In the event of a disconnection, the last saved state of the game will apply
• Results generated due to software bugs or programming errors are void

For Sports Betting, official results are considered final. If a match is postponed or cancelled, bets will be settled in accordance with v55's established policy. For live betting, any bets placed before odds change will remain settled at those odds.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on v55. Any involvement will result in permanent account closure and legal action where applicable.

• Opening multiple accounts or using another person's account
• Use of bots, automation software, or any form of cheating tools
• Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources
• Multiple accounts opened for the purpose of bonus abuse or bonus hunting
• Attempting to hack or manipulate the game software
• Threatening, harassing, or abusive behavior toward other members
• Conducting transactions through third-party payment methods

V55 monitors for unusual activity around the clock. In suspicious cases, v55 reserves the right to freeze accounts and withdrawals pending the completion of an investigation.

V55 may close or suspend an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause in these terms and conditions
• Registering with false or incorrect information
• Failure to cooperate with the KYC verification process
• Suspicious financial transactions
• Court order or legal requirement

You may request to close your account at any time. Before closure, you will have the opportunity to withdraw any valid balance — unless the balance has been forfeited due to a breach of terms.
